Common questions, answered fast
Where is my order? Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered in 8–10 days. Your tracking number is emailed at dispatch — allow 24–72 hours for the first carrier scan to appear.
Can I return this? Yes — 30 days, free return shipping, and we send you the label. Email us to start.
Will this bag get me into my stadium? Check the venue's current published clear-bag policy against the dimensions on the product page. Venues set their own rules and change them, so we cannot guarantee entry anywhere. Our bags allow a ±0.5" measurement tolerance.
Do you ship to my country? We currently ship within the United States, with free tracking on every order. We're working on adding international shipping and will update this page once it's live.
How do I change my order or address? Email us right away. We can change an address or cancel within the 24–48 hour processing window, but not after dispatch.
