Alternative dispute resolution

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not undertake to do so. We prefer to resolve problems directly, and in practice almost all of them are settled by email within a few days.

Consumers in the EU can find their national out-of-court dispute resolution bodies through the European Commission's consumer redress pages. The EU's central Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
