Stadium, School, and Venue Bag Policy Compliance

Many of our products are designed to meet commonly used clear-bag size and material guidelines, including school clear-backpack policies and stadium standards such as 12" x 6" x 12". Requirements vary by venue, district, and event, and are subject to change without notice.

Customers are responsible for confirming the current bag policy directly with their specific school, venue, or employer before relying on any product for entry. Chafai Services LLC is not liable for denied entry or confiscated items resulting from venue-specific policy changes or exceptions. Full terms governing this limitation are set out in Section 3 of our Terms of Service.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not undertake to do so. We prefer to resolve problems directly, and in practice almost all of them are settled by email within a few days.

Consumers in the EU can find their national out-of-court dispute resolution bodies through the European Commission's consumer redress pages. The EU's central Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
