To get a fast, useful answer, include:

Common questions, answered fast
Where is my order? Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, then arrive in 9 to 12 business days (Standard) or 5 to 8 business days (Expedited), depending on which you chose at checkout. Your tracking number is emailed once your order ships, allow 24 to 72 hours for the first carrier scan to appear.
Can I return this? If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, no need to send anything back. If you've simply changed your mind, we'll refund the item price within 30 days; the original shipping charge isn't refunded.
Will this bag get me into my stadium? Check the venue's current published clear-bag policy against the dimensions on the product page. Venues set their own rules and change them, so we cannot guarantee entry anywhere. Our bags allow a ±0.5" measurement tolerance.
Do you ship to my country? We currently ship within the United States. We're working on European Union and UK shipping and will update this page once that's live.
How do I change my order or address? Email us right away. We can change an address or cancel within our 1 to 2 day processing window, but not after your order has shipped.
